  • Our head office is in Sydney, Australia, at International Tower One in Barangaroo. Each job advertisement outlines where the role is based and any location requirements.

  • We value spending time together in the office to collaborate, share ideas and build connections, so we generally don’t offer fully remote roles. Working arrangements depend on the role and will be outlined in the job advertisement.

  • Not necessarily. Some roles require specialist industry knowledge, while others suit people bringing transferable skills and fresh perspectives. Check the job advertisement for the experience required - we also value curiosity, collaboration and a willingness to learn.

  • Our process varies by role and typically includes an initial conversation followed by interviews with the hiring manager and relevant team members. For technical roles, the technical interview includes a challenge to explore your skills and approach to problem-solving. Throughout the process, you’ll have opportunities to ask questions and get to know DataMesh.
